These terms apply to Cinderella Games mobile games for iOS and iPadOS that link to this page, including games distributed through the Apple App Store, and their associated game services. By using a game, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you cannot agree, stop using the game. Accepting these terms does not grant consent to optional analytics, advertising personalization, or tracking.
Eligibility and use of the game
Follow the age rating, intended-audience information, and restrictions shown in the game’s store listing. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement, a parent or guardian must authorize your use where required by law. Parents and guardians should supervise purchases and privacy choices. You must have the legal capacity or authorization needed to use any optional online services.
You may use the game for personal, lawful entertainment. Keep your device and any account secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, subject to protections provided by applicable law.
App license and Apple’s terms
The app license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ↗, unless a different license is expressly supplied in App Store Connect. These service terms supplement the applicable app license and do not replace or reduce rights under it. Apple’s usage rules, including applicable Family Sharing or volume-purchase rules, continue to apply.
Cinderella Games is responsible for the game and its associated services. Apple is not a party to these service terms and does not undertake to provide game support or maintenance. Any Apple obligations or rights under the applicable license and consumer law remain in effect.
Fair play and intellectual property
The game, artwork, music, code, brand, and other supplied content belong to Cinderella Games or their licensors. You may not resell or redistribute the game, falsely claim ownership, or use its content commercially without permission. Restrictions on modification or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Do not cheat, manipulate scores or purchases, attack servers, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or use optional social features to harass players or publish unlawful material. Do not submit information you have no right to share. Reasonable restrictions may be used to protect other players and the service.
Optional accounts, profiles, and social features
Some games include optional sign-in, leaderboards, profiles, friends, teams, or achievements. These features depend on connectivity and the availability of the relevant service. Your display name, score, profile, or team activity may be visible to other players when needed for the feature.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information you submit. We may remove unlawful or abusive submissions and restrict accounts that materially breach these terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and allow you to contact support. Third-party sign-in providers apply their own terms.
Purchases, subscriptions, and virtual items
If a game offers paid items, the price and purchase conditions are shown before purchase. Store transactions are processed through the applicable Apple App Store payment system and are subject to its terms, payment controls, and applicable consumer law. Do not make purchases without the payment-account holder’s authorization.
If a game offers subscriptions, its purchase screen explains the billing period, renewal, price, and trial conditions. Manage or cancel renewal through your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting a game or an account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refund requests follow the applicable store process without limiting statutory refund or withdrawal rights.
Virtual currency, boosts, and other game items are licensed for use within the game, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged outside the game unless expressly permitted. Items, purchases, and progress may not transfer between Android and iOS. Any changes to purchased content remain subject to applicable consumer protections.
Advertising and rewarded ads
Games that include AdMob may display ads. An optional rewarded ad can provide an in-game reward after the completion conditions shown in the game are met. Ad availability, network connectivity, and successful completion can affect whether the reward is delivered. Contact support if a reward you completed is missing.
Ads and their linked services are provided by third parties and have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not guarantee an advertiser’s products or services. You choose whether to interact with an ad, and should review the conditions on the destination service.
Privacy, analytics, and permissions
The iOS Privacy Policy explains Google Analytics for Firebase, Google AdMob, optional account data, retention, deletion, and privacy choices. The availability of those features depends on the game and its configuration.
Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission is required for tracking across other companies’ apps or websites and access to the IDFA where applicable. Analytics and advertising consent may also be required separately. Refusing a tracking request does not authorize us to bypass your choice.
Agreeing to these terms is not permission for optional data collection. Required consent and device permissions must be handled separately in the game. Website cookie settings do not change mobile-game settings.
Updates, availability, and ending use
We may release updates to improve a game, address security issues, or change features. Online services can be interrupted by maintenance, connection problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature or online service will remain available indefinitely, but changes remain subject to obligations for paid content and applicable law.
You can stop using a game at any time. Uninstalling may remove local saves. If you use an online account, request deletion through any available in-game account control or by emailing us as described in the privacy policy. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions.
We may suspend or end access for a material breach or legal requirement. Measures should be proportionate to the issue; contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Ending access does not remove rights or remedies that the law gives you.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We aim to provide a working, enjoyable game but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by unauthorized misuse of the game.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights concerning digital content, conformity, remedies, and refunds, remain intact.
Applicable law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by Italian law, subject to the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence where they apply. This does not restrict your right to bring a dispute before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms as features or legal requirements change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be brought to your attention where required. Changes do not remove accrued rights, and any new optional data use still requires separate consent where applicable.
