Who we are and which games this policy covers

Cinderella Games is operated by Pasekaite Jurate, VAT IT02190230439, Via Salvo D'Acquisto 8a, Porto Recanati (MC), Italy. Contact: jurate.pasekaite@gmail.com.

This policy covers Cinderella Games mobile games for Android that link to this page, including games distributed through Google Play. It explains Unity services, Google Analytics for Firebase where included, Google AdMob, and optional game services. Features and data collection depend on the game, its version, your choices, and your region. The game’s store listing and in-game disclosures describe the features available in that title. Our website privacy policy covers browsing this website separately.

Jungle Marble Zumar is covered by this policy. Its Android package is com.juratedesigns.jungle. The game stores progress and preferences on your device, uses Unity In-App Purchasing for purchases, and uses Google AdMob for bottom banners, interstitial ads, and optional rewarded ads. In the updated version, optional Unity Analytics collection is disabled; earlier versions integrated Unity Analytics. Jungle Marble Zumar does not use Firebase Analytics. The Facebook account and social-service features described below apply only to other games that offer them.

Gameplay, device, and support information

A game may save settings, scores, progress, and purchases on your device. Where online features are available, the information needed for those features is also sent to the game service. Analytics and advertising services can process app interactions, identifiers, and technical device information as described below.

If you contact us, we receive your email address, the message, and any game, device, or account information you choose to provide. We use it to respond and resolve the issue. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. Google Play handles store payments; we may receive purchase-status information needed to deliver or restore an item, rather than your full card details.

Unity and Firebase analytics

Unity services in Jungle Marble Zumar: optional analytics collection is disabled in the updated version. Earlier versions with Unity Analytics enabled could process app and installation identifiers, device and operating-system details, app version, session and gameplay events, and network information such as IP address and approximate location to measure use and improve the game. Unity In-App Purchasing processes transaction and receipt information needed to validate, deliver, or restore purchases. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Unity explains its processing, identifiers, retention, and privacy choices in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy ↗. Contact us with the game name if you need help accessing or deleting information associated with these services.

Games that include Google Analytics for Firebase use it to understand how players use the game, improve levels and features, and measure reliability and engagement. Depending on the game’s configuration and consent choices, Google can process app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system details, language, app version, session timing, screens viewed, gameplay events, and purchase or ad-interaction events. Google may use network information to derive approximate location.

Analytics collection and advertising personalization are separate purposes. Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant collection or use. Advertising-related uses of analytics data depend on the game’s configuration and your privacy choices.

For details, read Google’s Privacy Policy ↗ and How Google uses information from apps that use its services ↗, and Firebase Analytics collection controls ↗.

Google AdMob advertising

Games that include Google AdMob may display banner, interstitial, or optional rewarded ads. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses and approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic and performance information, advertising data, and device or app identifiers. These are used to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, maintain the service, and prevent fraud.

The Android advertising ID may be used when available and allowed by your device settings, the game’s configuration, and applicable consent rules. Google may also process the app set ID and other identifiers described in its SDK disclosures.

Ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited depending on your choices, age, region, and the game’s configuration. Non-personalized ads can still process technical information or use storage for measurement and fraud prevention; they do not automatically mean that no data is collected. Any additional advertising partners must be identified in the applicable game’s advertising or consent disclosures.

Read Google Mobile Ads data disclosures ↗ and Google’s ad-serving privacy choices ↗.

Android permissions and advertising-ID controls

Jungle Marble Zumar schedules game reminders. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

The permissions declared by your installed game depend on its version and features. Advertising-ID controls do not erase all previously collected data or disable all analytics. This policy does not grant any device permission.

Consent and your choices

Jungle Marble Zumar: the updated game checks advertising consent through Google’s User Messaging Platform before initializing ads. When a privacy message is required and configured, it is presented before ad requests. Where Google requires an ongoing choice, open the map’s settings menu and select Privacy Choices to review or change it. Existing loaded ads are discarded when you reopen choices, and subsequent requests follow the updated UMP decision. The separate Privacy Policy button opens this page.

Where required by law or Google’s consent rules, consent is required before using device storage or personal data for the relevant advertising or analytics purpose. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising choices may be presented through a consent message, including Google’s User Messaging Platform or another applicable consent-management service.

You can refuse or withdraw optional consent through the privacy or consent controls provided by your game, where available. If you cannot find a control, contact us with the game name and version. Withdrawing consent affects future processing based on consent and does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. Device advertising settings and, on iOS, Apple’s tracking controls provide additional choices.

Accepting game terms, downloading a game, or opening this policy is not consent to optional tracking. The “Cookie settings” control on this website changes website analytics only; it does not change a mobile game’s consent settings.

Optional accounts and social features

Some games offer optional Facebook Login, player profiles, online leaderboards, friends, teams, or achievements. If you choose to sign in, we use the Facebook login token to verify your identity and may store your Meta user ID, display name, invite code, voluntarily provided country code, scores, completed runs, friends, team membership, and achievement progress. We do not store your Facebook password.

The game social service uses Vercel hosting and Neon Postgres. Information needed to display profiles, leaderboard entries, or team activity may be visible to other players using that feature. We use account and social data to provide the requested features and prevent abusive or duplicate submissions, rather than for advertising.

Why we process information and who receives it

For players protected by EU or UK data-protection law, our legal bases depend on the purpose: performing the requested service for game accounts, online features, purchases, and related support; consent for optional analytics, storage, personalized ads, or tracking where required; legitimate interests in maintaining security, preventing abuse, and handling general enquiries; and legal obligations where records must be retained.

Relevant information is received by Unity for Unity Analytics and purchase services, Google for AdMob and Firebase where included, the platform store for distribution and purchases, Meta if you choose Facebook Login, Vercel and Neon for optional game services, and Gmail for support correspondence. Advertising recipients depend on the game’s disclosed ad configuration and consent choices. We may also disclose necessary information when legally required or to protect legal rights.

We do not sell account or support information for money. Advertising-related transfers can be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws even without a monetary payment. Where those laws apply, you can request the applicable opt-out or exercise it through the game’s available privacy controls.

International processing and security

Our providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for a transfer, the applicable provider arrangements may use adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

We use appropriate access controls and security measures to protect information. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK encrypts data in transit. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee complete security. See also Firebase privacy and security ↗.

Retention and deletion

Jungle Marble Zumar local saves: the “Delete Account” control in the game clears locally saved progress and preferences. It does not send a deletion request to Unity, Google, or the platform store and does not erase their transaction or advertising records. To request deletion of information held by us or assistance with provider-held data, use the email method below. Store purchases and their records are managed separately by the platform store.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and address related disputes or legal obligations. Optional account and social data are kept while the account and service are used, unless you request deletion or the data is no longer needed. Limited security, fraud-prevention, purchase, or legal records may need to be retained for their necessary purpose.

Local game saves remain on your device until removed by the game or device controls; uninstalling may remove local data but does not automatically delete an online account. Analytics and advertising records are subject to the configured service retention settings and the providers’ applicable policies. They are deleted or de-identified when their retention period ends; aggregated statistics may be retained without identifying you.

To request deletion of your Cinderella Games account or data, email jurate.pasekaite@gmail.com with the subject “Game account deletion request” and your game name. Include a display name or invite code only if your game provides one; Jungle Marble Zumar does not require a Facebook account or invite code for this request. You do not need to reinstall the game to email us. We may verify ownership before deletion. We will explain any data that must be retained and why. For data held by Google or another provider, we will assist where possible; an identifier may be needed to locate the records.

Your rights and children’s privacy

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your data; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Italian Garante at garanteprivacy.it ↗.

The intended audience and age rating are stated in each game’s store listing. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without a lawful basis and any required parental consent. Personalized ads must not be directed to children or users below the applicable age of consent. A game intended for children requires additional safeguards and store-specific restrictions; an age rating alone is not parental consent.

A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information inappropriately should contact us with the game name so we can investigate and delete information where required.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when a game’s features, providers, or privacy practices change. The date above identifies this version. Material changes that require new consent must be explained before the relevant processing starts.

For questions, privacy choices, or deletion requests, email jurate.pasekaite@gmail.com. The matching Android Terms & Conditions explain use of the game.
